Horsepower Golf will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our retail store, or website, within 30 days of product receipt. Returns MUST be purchased from Horsepower Golf and MUST be accompanied by the original sales receipt* and in new, unused condition. Any shipping & lobor costs incurred is the sole resposibility of the purchaser.
* Original Sales Receipt can be any Horsepower Golf register receipt, shipping invoice or Internet screen printout qualifies as an “original sales receipt.” An exchange receipt does not qualify as an original sales receipt.
** Store Credit is not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced or honored for payment if lost or stolen. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law) and will not be replaced or honored for payment if lost or stolen.
All orders may be returned to Horsepower Golf Headquarters in Sunland, CA. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (C.O.D.’s will not be accepted).
Exceptions and Exclusions
Horsepower Golf reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as special or custom orders, custom clubs, assembled or altered components, personalized items and media (e.g. books, video, software, etc.). Free goods, received as part of a promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Any authorized returned used items will incur a 15% Restocking Fee
Any Labor & Shipping costs incurred is the sole resposibility of the purchaser & is non-refundable
Horsepower Golf reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Warranty Claims/Defective Returns
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products, or may be found on their respective website. Any Defective product may be returned anytime while under the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please contact Horsepower Golf prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration.

Shaft Break: Breaks cannot be more that 5" from the hosel or it voids all manufactuers warranty. Less than 5", shaft will be replaced by the manufacturer at no extra charge. Additional labor charges cleaning out the head, assembly, spine frequency= $45 , plus the cost of a new grip as well as shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Head Breaks: Labor charges for to pull head/replace $25. plus shipping costs.
How to Return Merchandise for Repair
A Return Authorization number is required before any product is returned for repair. Any shipping costs incurred is the sole resposibility of the purchaser.
